Nnewi town in Anambra, Nigeria has one of the strangest origin stories in human kind. This is the mythological, or mythologized story of how the ancestors of the Nnewi people applied ogwu (medicine) in their survival odyssey through the history of human kind. Today, Nnewi is the town in Igboland with the richest natives, and home to the world famous Innoson Motors, the first black mass producer of cars.
